   2. Possibly funded under the next Liveable Neighbourhoods
   3. School route makes funding more likely
   4. Other measures aimed at redirecting traffic to the A46 / A4, perhaps this might be something like closure of Deadmill Lane.
   5. Needs to be in proposal before 5^th August
